NJHI Collaborating for Community Needs Assessment Grants Awarded

Five projects were recently funded under NJHI: Collaborating for Community Needs Assessment. These projects are working to foster and ensure collaboration to conduct the community needs assessments and health improvement plans that are mandated for nonprofit hospitals under the Affordable Care Act of 2010.
